Vladimir Kagan: Next Generation Keynote

Beloved by designers from Tom Ford to Zaha Hadid, the iconic work of Vladimir Kagan “represents the ultimate in modern American furniture design,” notes Holly Hunt. Kagan’s glamorous, biomorphic pieces helped define mid-century design, and the master continued to innovate into the 21st century. Join Henry Editor in Chief Alisa Carroll for a conversation with two forces who are now guiding the Vladimir Kagan Design Studio into the future: Chris Eitel, Kagan’s long-time apprentice and director of design and production for the house, and Mark Minichiello, chief operating officer. The panel will also highlight the Forward series—six sinuous new pieces designed by Eitel that will be launching at showrooms this spring. Reception to follow at Kneedler Fauchère.
